Anything with a good story or makes you think or teaches you something, or looks beautiful or all of them."Kalvinus" is the story of one boy's love of the ocean, and his parents' fear of it, in the time following the tsunami. "Kalvinus" loves to surf, it is his life, but his mother is afraid and worries when he goes out to sea, so she forbids him from surfing.This film was made on the beautiful island of Nias in Indoensia after the tsunami and subsequent earthquakes, and was a chance to do something positive with local friends.This is the trailer for my first feature "Imaginary Summer" filmed in Jersey during summer 2006.
