I'm hopeless at self-promotion - I sell myself short, which is probably intentional as I don't want to appear conceited or be known for being "up myself" as the phrase goes.
Friends and family have described me as generous, loving, kind, intelligent, loyal, honest, intuitive and a good listener/friend/companion amongst other things... I'd like to think I might be some of these. It's all open for interpretation and it's not for me to say!
Friends, family and work are always high on my priorities - through them I have learnt everything about the world and myself, and how I relate within it.
I am passionate about my first love, music. I can't play any instruments (though 2007 looks as being the year of learning), have aspirations of being a potentially average songwriter (but getting better all the time) and I'm not a great singer (I can hold a note but am working on holding two!)... but I have an ear for a good beat and really enjoy listening to music, going to concerts and buying CDs and DVDs with a passion!
I have been a fan of Culture Club since I was 5 - and so much so that I own and run two websites dedicated to them: Cyber Chameleon and Lyrically Speaking .
This year, I've undertaken the helm of another website - the one for 80s music video show Chartbusting 80s , which has been lots of fun!
I'm at my happiest when catching up with friends or family - and that could entail going out to the movies or for a meal - even simple shopping trips have turned out to be enjoyable experiences! My Flickr photo album will give you more photos of me and hopefully some insight as to what I've been up to and where I've been recently!
