Kaos formed in 1979 in Atlanta as Airplane Kaos and played legendary clubs the Agora Ballroom and 688 as well as others throughout the South. Inspired by the B-52's and the Athens burgeoning New Wave scene, Kaos rocked us back to basics with fun filled no frills pink and black mod pop sounds that were both quirky and familiar. The 2 songs here are all that was recorded of Kaos, and appeared originally on a local area New Wave sampler LP entitled Standardeviation.More recently, Finnian moved to Nashville and hooked up with producer Roger Moutenot of Fictious Records and singer Patty Griffin to record two albums under the name Stone Jack Jones.
