Carrot Stick - It's like a healthy french fry that makes you mad.

About Me

I'm a stubborn, sarcastic pain in the ass, but I'm loyal, honest, and far too sensitive. I'm the family klutz, a slob and not perfect by any stretch of the imagination. Swearing, dorky tees, hair products and celeb gossip rags are my greatest vices. I definitely have the geek gene, but I think I hide it fairly well most of the time. ;).. -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- START YOUTHINK.COM QUIZ RESULTS --

You are a very compassionate and sympathetic person. You use your divine sense of humor to cheer up a situation.

My Interests

Graphic design, attempting to actually draw/paint, retro anything, renovating my house, cooking, reading, my message boards, anything Sci Fi, comic books, making lists, pretending to know how to sew and knit (shut it Christopher), my cats and my husband. I sound like a dork, and I probably am.

Music:

I have multiple personality disorder when it comes to music, but I especially love jazz, disco, big band, cheesy pop music, and old, old stuff. If it annoys the fuck out of you, I probably like it. My current playlist: Scissor Sisters - "Ta Dah", Xtina - "Back to Basics", Neil Diamond - "12 Songs" and Greatest Hits, Black Eyed Peas - "Monkey Business", Anna Nalick - "Wreck of the Day", The Ditty Bops - "The Ditty Bops", Herb Alpert - "Whipped Cream & Other Delights", Barenaked Ladies - "Everything to Everyone", Grey's Anatomy Season 2 soundtrack.

Movies:

I basically only watch action, comedy and sci fi movies. It's hard to pick a favorite, but some that come to mind are The Goonies, The Princess Bride, Sixteen Candles, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Sin City, Serenity, The Empire Strikes Back, The Whole 9 Yards, Bring it On (don't judge me), The Incredibles, Rear Window, Real Genius, Little Miss Sunshine.

Television:

Current stuff: Scrubs, Battlestar Galactica, Grey's Anatomy, Doctor Who, Heroes, Boston Legal, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Lost, Days of our Lives (STFU - I like it), Big Love, Weeds, both Stargate shows.Older stuff: Wonderfalls, Dead Like Me, The Bob Newhart Show, Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Magnum P.I., Dark Angel.Um, apparently I like tv. A lot. I blame my husband.

Books:

I really only read sci fi/fantasy or embarrassing romance novels. Favorite authors: Anne McCaffrey, Nora Roberts, Julia Quinn, Greg Bear, Isaac Asimov, Robert Heinlein. I'm addicted to the Pern, Foundation, Harry Potter and "In Death" series.I love comic books, though I've been in the closet about that since high school. Current favorites: Most Xmen titles, most of Marvel's Ultimate universe, Noble Causes, Birds of Prey, Young Avengers, Runaways (OMG, I'm so psyched about Joss picking up for BKV!), Ex Machina, Legion of Superheroes, Fables, and, of course, I'm biased about Studio Ronin/Hateful Youth books. Fray and Rose Thorn are my two favorite minis.
