The popular theory amongst my friends is that I was in a pop-culture coma for years and years. I wasn't exposed to anything but country music until the age of 17. Now, I'm still catching up on what I missed and trying to keep up with what's happenning now. Feel free to suggest some songs for me to listen to. I love discovering things that I didn't know were so good.
I have loved and hated movies from every genre. The pop-culture coma applies to some movies too, so tell me about anything I may have missed!
I watch Desperate Housewives and Lost every week. I'm also very into Grey's Anatomy, Rescue Me (amazing), Project Runway and, sadly, America's Next Top Model. I think that Buffy the Vampire Slayer has to be my favorite of all time. I also spend a great deal of time watching New York 1 trying to catch a peek at the weather so I'll know what to wear.
I love books. Basically, if a friend, teacher or my mother tells me to read a book, I read it. Any suggestions?
