Neil Campbell is a composer and performer of music for solo classical guitar. Based in Liverpool, UK, he is a highly individual solo musician whose music ranges from the virtuosic to the highly introspective. He has produced two albums of music for solo guitar, 'Through the Looking Glass' (2003) and 'Night Sketches' (2004) and in 2005 he compiled a book of most of this music (imaginatively entitled 'Music for Solo Guitar'). Related to this he has composed a great deal of music for guitar and cello (which he plays in duet with cellist Nicole Collarbone) which resulted in the album 'Fall' (2006). Neil's output as a solo guitarist is the starting point and life blood of his work in all his other musical projects. This new myspace page relates to Neil's work as a solo guitarist.
