Craving
In summer 2005 Lukas Winkler, Johannes Paetzhold and Lutz Pohlabeln decided to found a band. Lukas Winkler played the guitar, Johannes Paetzhold the bass and Lutz Pohlabeln the drums, whereas Johannes also sang.
In August, Ivan Chertov joined the band in which he now took over the parts of the lead guitar.
About 6 months after the foundation of the still nameless band the “Demo 2006†with 9 tracks was recorded and the first live act at the “Full Spring Indoor Festival†in the disco “Amadeus†in Oldenburg/Germany soon followed.
A year after the arrangement the band was enriched with Christian Lengert, who became the bassist. Therefore Johannes Paetzhold then was able to concentrate on the part of the vocals. A month later the bandmembers called themselves “Cravingâ€.
But they are not the final members!
Johannes Paetzhold left the band to study in another town.
Arasch Erfani took over the part of the vocals, but already a month after his entrance he quit the band because of personal reasons.
Now Lukas Winkler and Ivan Chertov sing.
In this formation “Craving†played already 6 concerts in Bremen, Delmenhorst and Oldenburg (Germany).
Unfortunately, Lutz Pohlabeln left the band in February/March 2007.
Maik S. joined the Band in April 2007 as a new drummer.
In Novembre 2007 the band entered the studio in order to record their second Demo/Promo CD.
It will contain 4 brand new tracks!

Because of problems in the band we decided to split up with our bassplayer Christian Lengert. Nevertheless we wish him all the best on his way.
We are searching for a new bassplayer!!!
