New Year 1998 - Losers Have Jam was a get-together of four friends to have some fun & make some noise.
Drums: Tom English of Maximo Park fame
Guitars: Alan Kenyon (left speaker) & Alex Jefferson (right speaker)
Bass: Loz Ibbs, now with Anderson
The jam was recorded on 13th Jan 1998 to 8 track in Lowfold Audio's live room (located on Lancaster's lansil industrial estate at the time).
Eight improvised tracks were recorded on the night. Most went on for 15-20 mins as we sorted the wheat from the chaff. I mixed & edited them in a hurry the next week. By the time the CD copies arrived we had little recollection of what we'd played that night, and were pleasantly surprised by what we'd created :-)
