Nick Storm

Der am 18.11.1972, in Schwerin / Mecklenburg (Deutschland), geborene Tilo Niemann alias NICK STORM begeisterte sich schon früh für Musik. Anfang der Neunziger bekam NICK STORM seinen ersten großen DJ Gig in einem Club in Schwerin und wurde von nun an regelmäßig im Norden Deutschlands gebucht. NICK STORM blieb bis 2001 in seiner Heimat, hatte er doch jahrelang Bookings in vielen Clubs im Norden.
Von 2001 bis 2002 gönnte er sich eine Auszeit von der Musik.
2003 lernte NICK seinen jetzigen Co-Producer Jochen Mayer (Burnett & Cooper, Cyclone One) kennen. Die erste Single "COME ALONG" wurde 2004 veröffentlicht. Neben Remixen, u.a. für Hypertrophy und DJ Taylor & Flow vs. DJ Thoka, produzierten NICK und Jochen unter dem Name NUMA! ihr neues, gemeinsames Projekt. Die erste Veröffentlichung "LIFETIME", mit der US-Sängerin Christi, platzierte sich 2005 in allen relevanten Dancecharts. Auch die zweite Single "A LONG WAY" stand dem in nichts nach.
Momentan sind neue Projekte und Produktionen in Arbeit.
Tilo Niemann alias NICK STORM was born at 18th November of 1972 in Schwerin / Mecklenburg (Germany). In his early years he already was inspired of music. At the beginning of the 90s NICK STORM got his first great DJ Gig in a club at Schwerin and at this time he regularly was booked in the north of Germany. Till 2001 NICK STORM still remain in his home country Mecklenburg, although he had bookings for many years in many clubs all over north Germany.
From 2001 to 2002 Nick allowed himself a time-out of the music.
In 2003 NICK meet his current Co-Producer Jochen Mayer (Burnett & Cooper, Cyclone One). The first single "COME ALONG" was released in 2004. In addition to remixes a.o. for Hypertrophy and DJ Taylor & Flow vs. DJ Thoka, NICK and Jochen produced together with the pseudonym NUMA! their new project. The following first release "LIFETIME", with the US-Singer Christi, entered 2005 in all important Dance-Charts. Also the second single "A LONG WAY" was very succesfull.
At the moment new projects and productions are work in progress.
