members. Unsound method crew has their electronic music identity and
promotes the scene of electronic music in Western part of Lithuania.
The crew members are Simao (drum'n'bass/hip hop/funk), ElektrodKorabelnikov (electro/minimal/experimental electronics), 2you kauke
(breakbeat/funk), Yara (reggae/dub/hip hop), Kazoo (drum'n'bass).The story of Unsound Method crew started in 1999 when Simao (earlier
known as Meekesh) and Elektrod Korabelnikov organized original
underground parties in Klaipeda city. Yara, 2you kauke and Kazoo
joined the crew of two young and ambitious dj's. The first party and
performance of Unsound Method was organized in 2000 called "Minija
Open Air". Open Air parties were done annually for five years and
these performances were one of the first of such type in Lithuania.
Starting from 2000 till now, Unsound Method crew organized a dozen of
various parties and performancies in small cafés, World War II
bunkers, abandoned factories, and other non-traditional places.
Unsound Method crew had many performances in Vilnius, Kaunas, Germany,
and Russia in various festivals like "Darom" and "Tundra". Starting
from 2003, Unsound Method begins to collaborate with Miau inc. crew
that helped to organize impressive rave parties like Go Carve I, Go
Carve II, Beats by Design, and Misconception.
Unsound Method crew was always devoted to the newest and innovative
music, whether it would be hip hop, funk, electro, drum'n'bass. The
promotion of variety of styles and wide-ranging attitude towards
electronic music was always an exclusive sign of Unsound Method crew.
Unsound Method played together with these electronic music stars like
Fanu, Rohan, Ceephax, Paul Kalkbrenner, Metope, and other
dj's/producers from various countries. Unsound Method successfully
collaborates with Miau Inc., K.U.B., Re:Formataz, Partyzanai, and
Metro Promo crews.
