We have a large graphic design team that is more than willing to teach you the ways of working with Photoshop and giving you ideas on how to make computer art, or how to possibly improve on your skills that you may already have.
We have programs for members that who like to write game reviews, news articles, even giving your opinion on issues about our gaming community.

To start I would like to say thank you to Mr. Bill Gates, Xbox Live, MSN, KSI, and all the members that have made me and the global gaming network I created 4 years ago.
I can’t take all the credit for KSI but I have worked very hard to see KSI has stayed in tune with the KSI Code of Conduct which I wrote 4 years ago, along with the KSI Ranking System.
I work very hard to be honest with the members of KSI and to try to keep our community professional by using the highest standards available on the Xbox system.
My day starts around 3pm I wake up look at FOX News for about 30 min. and then move to G4TV for an hour so I can get the latest gaming news.
The world of KSI is awaiting me KSI is my baby but hard at times.
As soon as I sign in my messages are blown up 5 to 6 messages from at least 30 to 40 friends.
Now the goal is to have an answer for each and every person in KSI GLOBAL GAMING NETWORK 14,000 members’ wow.
It gets overwhelming to even think that I could try to talk to 200 of them but I try to spend at least 10 min. with each person my chat room is full its prime time O My God help me not to lose it as 10 people at a time hit me with all their problems and some of the things are cool like this gaming company wants posters this one wants to give us prizes when are we going to hold our next tournament.
After about the 6th request I start to erupt in the brain. I fill my self start to shut down from the rush. Then I start to yell.
Where is The marketing team get them in here.
Then they come in the room and I start to vent on them. Why isn’t the web site done and take a look at it what is wrong? The leaders work their butts off and are great but also to vent on.
Once we have our team together now we can work on it all. Now I have to try to remember what it was we needed to do then we get hit someone in our squads losing just to hurt our clan.
So we move to get them out and buy this time the important things have fell apart.
We like working on the websites because that is a way to show off our art.
Once prime time is over I’m on my way to work and as I drive around I think to my self KSI is one hell of an operation.
We don’t care if we ever get a dime for it we just love the fact that we micro manage the largest gaming community on the fabulous XBOX LIVE system.
It's fun and that’s all that matters to me to have so many people happy to sign on every day. When a member comes to us and tells a Leader or my self their team has won or something it makes KSI worth all the time. KSI for gamers by gamers.
