Bruised Heel is a Christian Rock Music Ministry. All proceeds go back into what it takes to do what we do, that is bringing the message of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, through music, from the Free in Christ to the incarcerated Lost!
Our goal, is to help those who don’t know the Lord to see the truth that is in Christ Jesus, through music and lyric, and; to encourage those that DO know Him Amen? Amen!

We primarily bring Christian ROCK to the incarcerated juvenile delinquents that are in lockdown facilities in Washington State; like Maple Lane and Green Hill; paired with a challenging message of salvation from Pastor Sonny; in an effort to reach those who may need the Lord and are seeking a new way to go, a change in life circumstances, and the only thing solid to believe in!.
With the new CD now completed, we plan to perform LIVE more often, and reach as many as possible for the Lord!

All of us have a love for guitar rock/heavy metal, and have been influenced by Van Halen, Styx, Judas Priest, The Scorpions, AC/DC etc, but we all have come to know Jesus Christ along the way, and now we are using the gift of music that God has been honing in us for all these years to Rock it up for Jesus Christ!

All of our songs are original compositions, written by longtime friends Lonnie and Michael, with lyrics so clear the message is unmistakable.
You will know where we stand right off the bat! There will be no wondering “what are these guys all about??? “.Songs like “Come on Home”, and “I Don’t Need Suicide” talk about the traps we can fall into by using drugs and alcohol, and answer the questions about what it takes to get out of the rut caused by that lifestyle.
“Psalm 23” is a bible verse that is quoted many times over every day, throughout the World...and we quote it word-for-word in this ROCKED up version of the Psalm with a very melodic structure, and a powerful vocal delivery.
“Forgive One Another” is a real rocker :D...... talking about just that…forgiveness!…and how it will always unite us. This song is the FEATURED song in our politically charged video "Forgive One Another".The rest of the songs are easily absorbed once you give them a listen, and you won’t be able to get them out of your head!
