Alexandra Hills Represent

I am a suburb 27km SE of Brisbane CBD, in a separate city boundary called the redland shire. My population is 17K approximetely and i am the most populous suburb in the shireI have a few different names such as Alex Hills, A-Town, The Hills, Alaks Hillz, Detriot, if you guys can suggest any others please feel free to comment me and ill add them!I am divided up into two parts, the good part (vienna road side around hilliard state school) and the ghetto slum (detriot) area (birkdale side, around valentine road area and alex hills state school)There are currently three meth labs operating in my area and 59 in house cannabis grow rooms, not to mention the guerilla grow patches in the forests between redland bay and redruth road area. haha nah just kidding, my suburb is kick ass awesome!The Hills no hopers can be found at the local skate parks, thinking they are top shit. Rest assured they will end up as nothing in life, probably hosing driveways and cleaning the yachts in the cleveland area.The big social gathering of the alex hills youth happens every friday and saturday night at the squeeze club at the alexandra hills hotel, the squeeze club is commonly called the alex, or the fleapit or just the pit. And going to the alex on both friday and saturday nights is called doing the "dirty double". Due to the nature of music played it tents to attract the youth from the wynnum (south central LA) area.The cover charge for the alex is $7 however this is easily bypassed by some sweet talking if your hot and sexy.There is one high school in my suburb and when it opened it had a great reputation, this has slid down every year and now it is no better than capalaba state high school. we start our tour at the Alex hills hotel, kristy was lucky she didn’t have a car crash while she was taking these photos. this first picture was taken on finucane road aka 8 mile road.

see how the traffic lights really add to the atmosphere of the suburb, next thing you know youll see snoop dog hittin corners on his lo lo, with his ho ho’s.

this is the hungry jacks sign, it is a very popular hang out for Alex hillians after school. There have been many fights at hungies. And we can all remember the principal giving us warnings to behave while in uniform there

the others are some street signs, probably two of the most well known suburban streets here

lastly on kristy’s tour she took some photos of the AHSHS front plaque. This is ground zero for a towners. We have all been there at some stage, well most of us anyway, we can all remember seeing the admin running past there to the oval to stop a fight at some time, so enjoy! And thanks again kristy!
