Hey, this is Mike Bouteneff of DreamSpin.
I'm a singer/songwriter with a dark, mysterious past involving acapella, alternative rock, funk, and NHL 94. But right now, I seem to be swimming (drowning?) within the intersection of Beck, Sufjan Stevens, Coldplay, and The Streets.
By day, I do internet marketing stuff for "the man". (The "man" is actually not all bad. A quick wit, and a hearty laugh, has he.)
By night, I spend hours recording on my home project studio. (Well, I should be, since I've got 6+ songs waiting to be transcribed into bits and bytes, or whatever.) Anyway, I'm mostly a vocalist, but play guitar and "make believe" with a mandolin and cello, occasionally.
