Sounds Like: Matt has been told he sounds like, Daniel Johnston, Jonathan Richman and Bob Dylan, mostly by peole who don't really listen to Bob Dylan. One time when he was 17 and singing a Beck song, his future brother-in-law told him he sounded like Captain Beefheart.Matt would like to think he writes good lyrics that tell stories, plays acceptable guitar and exceptional harmonica.Sometimes he wishes he could sing a little better.
