Burn

Burn consists of four best friends, Nico (vocals, piano), Drew (guitar), Jeremy (bass, backup vocals), and Josh (drums). Influenced by many, many different groups and generas of music, Burn includes a unique blend of style and passion. Fans, we love music so much, and we are simply victims of the power and aw that music has on us. We LOVE music, were PASSIONATE about life, and we SURRENDER our gifts and our music.
Burn was formed early 2006, when Josh, and Drew, started to play for the youth program at a local church. They jammed out on a bunch of riffs, and thought of putting a band together. Lifetime best friend to Josh, Nico was immeditaly asked and joined the group. A friend named Anthony who playes guitar, took a spot as a bassist.
Shows such as benifit school shows and private partys we played with this lineup.
After Christmas of 2006, Jeremy moved back to Colorado Springs to marry his wife, Rachel. He was added as a perment bassist because his visions, goals, and dreams were of highest value, and it was loved.
A years worth of writing and developing came after that, and after Burn has been playing worship for local churches for a long time, we wanted to have our music heard. Burn's first show was the PPLD Local Battle of the Bands. It was a great learning experience for all of us, and it was a great opportunity to get our name out there.
So far, Burn has been playing local shows in venues such as the Black Sheep, The Element, and the Union Station to name a few. It is always an amazing night, and it wouldnt be traded for the world.
Most of all, Burn owes its talent (we hope!), gifts, passions, visions, and unbelieveable loyal fans that drag themselves to all of our shows, to God, who never, never fails to give us more than we deserve.
