I could really sum it up for you in one word, but why not find out for yourself?Oh, and one more thing... I enjoy intelligent conversation. Intelligent conversation is sexy.The myspace community (as I'm begining to find out) is full of contradiction and extremes. This I'm sure will be rarely interesting, most times absurd but once in a while... amazing.Somebody prove me wrong....by the way I will not be adding people to my friends list for the sake of it and unless you are willing to engage in some communication I will not entertain for the ego sensation of having a large number of friends. I have had my fair share and happy to say this out loud.

My Interests

Keeping fit, yoga, socializing, going to the thearter, galleries, raving, reading, a nice bottle of red wine, travel, listening to music,comedy clubs

R&B, Jazz, Gospel, Salsa, funk, ole skool, revival,real soul music notwithsatnding luminaries from the 60s 70s 80s & 90s, reggae, hip hop, classical etc etc

Movies:

Unusual suspects, american beauty to name but a very few...i do black films from best man to training day (anything imbetween)

Television:

Documentaries, comedy, sports, current affairs, house (top show), sometimes I'm ugly betty, er, natural world, dragon's den, CSI (original only pls), party animals, desparate h/wifes,

Books:

Self help, Biographies, fiction, and just about anything as my mind is an open book.

Heroes:

All those partiscipating in Parenthood
