WHHUUUUUUUUUUWHOOOOOOOOO!!I'VE PASS MY EXAM for my license with a 88%!! I was aiming for 90% or better, oh well!!I’m 27 about 5 foot 2. I graduated from college with a degree in Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Management. I’m single without any children. There is not enough time in my schedule for children, especially someone else’s. I own two homes, a condo in DC and a townhouse in MD. Hoping to own two more by the summer. Crazy, I know. I guess it's a hobby. I left my brand new job in Information Technology of less than three weeks (a few days before my birthday, HAPPY BIRTHDAY) to invest in Real Estate, originate mortgages, and also invested in a small company. So, if you are looking to purchase or refinance a (or many) property, looking to invest in properties, or here to network please contact me. For fun I basically do nothing. Considered a homebody. Going to school for the past 20+ years has kept me in the house on lock down and without a social life. However, I would love to explore DC and many more cities across the country, especially the restaurants (I’m greedy, ha ha). I love to travel. However, I haven't been to too many places. For some reason its a little difficult to find a traveling partner. Will you be my partner?? I find myself very interested in various arts. Performing art, paintings, drawings, poetry, you name it I might like it. It would be nice to meet someone who is interested in various arts as well. I love to listen to live jazz. Well, as long as the band is awesome. Unfortunately, Club Utopia, Twin Jazz (AWFUL), and Jaspers are the only places where I've experienced live jazz. It would also be great to meet someone who doesn’t mind going wine tasting, to plays and private art galleries. It is difficult to find others my age that enjoys these activities. I own a vehicle but HATE to drive. I have been in two accidents that have me SHOOKED.I am here to find TRUE FRIENDS, female or male. You know someone to hang out with, trust, travel with, talk to, and other fun stuff. I'm pretty much tired of the fake and fonies.
