Anointed 2 Dance – “God’s innovative, yet exciting dance vehicle has begun its journey.†Featured in stage plays, such as the gospel – hit play, “Dream With Your Eyes Open,†Anointed 2 Dance has made their mark! They were honored as "Most Inspirational Artist" at the 2007 Louisiana Gospel Excellence Awards. Anointed 2 Dance has performed at over fifty events throughout the state of Louisiana. Also, they offer dance classes at B.R.E.C centers throughout the East Baton Rouge Parish.Anointed 2 Dance actively serves as a vital link to rehabilitation in the community. They are also involved in programs such as BREC,Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Baton Rouge, A Step Forward,Big Buddy, Living Faith Christian Center Summer Enrichment Camp, and Local After School Programs. Members include Mounia "Izzie B" Cummings,Winter "Boss Lady" McCray,and Terrilyn "Hello Kitty" Dyer,Charmecia "Drama Queen" Travis, Kristen "2- Bits" Knight,and Aniece "Short Stop" Robinson.Currently, Anointed 2 Dance is establishing a Church Tour, where their featured piece is "You Loved Me" by Karen Clark-Sheard.
