I am a stay at home mom but started my own business. I am trained as a dancer but also love to cook. I am currently working with a summer program teaching young people to cook and working as a personal chef for an older couple. I also have a method I developed to work with people to help them integrate their body and mind while dancing and hopefully I can use this while I am teaching cooking. I've really been getting off into my cooking more than anything now, I was featured in the local newspaper and taught a few classes at Whole Foods and attended the School of Natural Cookery's Winter Intensive in Boulder Colorado. I will be presenting at SUNY Brockport in New York and at a Conference in New York City both movement related. I hope to gather more training as a chef and incorporate my knowledge of the body awareness with my love of food. Watch out Rachel Ray and Martha Stewart, I will be taking food in another direction.
