About Me

Mexican Cession is a dead band. No, really- I mean literally dead. They all died in a tragic 2001 canoe accident. Apparently, you're not supposed to have nine guys in a kayak. They were survived by their spiritual guide/plaster pelican Malik, who could swim, being a pelican and all.
The heirs to the Cession would like to personally thank everyone for rocking hard at shows and grabbing a copy of Mexican Cession sleeps with the fishes. In order to properly start a music revolution it is now your job to play it for as many people as possible. We don't care if you burn copies of it for your grandmother's bridge club or get the lyrics tatooed on your step-daughter, just make sure people hear the record, it is vital to reversing the effects of global warming (just ask the inventor of myspace, Al Gore)!
