I have two passions in life. Writing and spreading the word of hope, education and recovery within the mental health community. During my years of working in the mental health field, I have found only one constant. How poorly people with a mental health diagnosis of a brain chemistry disorder have been treated. There are a few INCREDIBLE practitioners out there that have miraculously managed to remember that every person is unique and has the capacity to leave their own unique mark on the world, but they are very few and far between. The reason I wrote "The Psychotropic Diet" is because I believe that EVERYONE deserves a fighting chance against this disorder and the more information we have about HOW MUCH POWER WE HAVE the better off all of us will be. I also thought it was important to put a section in the book for SUPPORTERS or loved ones of those with bipolar disorder. We must be given a fighting chance and never forget that no one person OR THING can take that power away from us if we are not willing to give it up. The Psychotropic Diet, I believe, gives people more information toward having that chance.I hope you enjoy the book!!

It's pretty obvious that you don't make basic grammatical errors.
If anything, you're annoyed when people make simple mistakes on their blogs.
As far as people with bad grammar go, you know they're only human.
And it's humanity and its current condition that truly disturb you sometimes.
