Real people. Honest people. Just down-to-earth folks.

Music:

Most music, but I love House...especially that deep, soulful, tribal, World Beat kind of House. A little NuJazz; Avante Garde and Straight-ahead Jazz; NuSoul; Classic Soul; a touch of Broken Beat; Latin music; some Hip-hop from the '80s and '90s; some Samba; don't forget the Roots-Rock Reggae. I just plain ole' love music.

Movies:

Among my favorites are The Incredible Shrinking Man, Black Orpheus, City of God, Wild Strawberries, The Seventh Seal, Apocalypto...they're so many. I love independent films, and I love the movies being produced and made overseas, outside the Hollywood system.

Television:

Mostly crap on T.V., except the History and Discovery channels. Oh yeah, I watch Battlestar Galactica on the Sci Fi channel, and catch the Knicks whenever their games are being broadcast.

Books:

Mostly history, biographies, current events and some adult fiction. I read a lot. Sue me, I'm a Michael Crighton fan.

Heroes:

I have them.

My brother spent months trying to explain this to me. When I saw this the light bulb went on. I think it's a pretty cool tutorial. But then again, I'm a nerd...and damn proud of it :-)Really though...
