STARSEED, an atmospheric-technical death metal band from Germany was formed in 1995 by Jan E. (vocals), Olaf W. (guitar), Andreas G. (guitar), Michael F. (bass) and Henning L. (drums).
In 1997 they released their self produced debut EP Cosmic Conspiracy with guest musician Sascha R. (Ex-Eternal Dirge, Ninnghizhidda), on keyboards.

Between 1995 and the year 2000, Starseed performed a lot of concerts with bands like Vader, Night in Gales and Dew-Scented.
In late 2000, the band entered the studio again to record their first full-length album. Before the recording had been finished the band split-up in early 2001.
