Some of my favorite things: science, monkeys, cheese, birds, yodeling... (nope, I'm not kidding. Ask me to yodel sometime.) I have a soft spot for marine invertebrates, brigs, schooners and yawls. It's my 2007 New Year's resolution to surf every break from Venice to San Onofre... I'm well on my way. I listen to a great deal of music, but not much of it is later than 1965. I'm especially into Gypsy and other early Jazz at the moment; and living between the beach and the desert has me listening to Hawaiian music and Western Swing (hey, they're pretty damn close anyway). I also like 50's R&B, Doo Wop and Rockabilly. I LOVE to jive, and while some people collect stamps, I collect vintage showgirl and cowgirl outfits. I'm also fond of surfing, yodeling, cowboy firemen. I suppose that Charlie Thompson guy is ok too.
