overcoming the crap dealt out to me in life (self-help), living life to the fullest each and every passing moment. I also enjoy anything that stimulates the mind (that's not chemical HA!) and striving to be the best person I can be. I'm a Zen Buddhist, biker, wannabe hot rodder, and soon to be hobbyist welder. I'm also a lover and not a fighter.

pretty much anything that ISN'T pretentious commercial crap. I tend to not jump on the bandwagon buzz for the latest, greatest act. I know what I like when I hear it.

I'm a sucker for 1970's car chase movies. That's the one mindless entertaining genre that I can stand to watch over and over. Usually though, I like anything that it well written and has good cinematograpy. CG animation doesn't do much for me, even though I'm a big 'Star Wars' fan.
'Mythbusters' rocks! I also watch a lot of documentaries and I love watching pro football. Reality shows make me want to look for my noose, except for 'Monster Garage' and 'Overhaulin''
