Is that some of that kill your mother music?

About Me

I'm not much for typing about myself...so I'll keep this short
I absolutely abhor pop music and the legions of mindless sheep who need to be told what to like
I work in the IT field (yes, us "heavy metal people" can have real jobs too)
I love space and astronomy and waxing philosophically about the stars and the universe
I'm a huge sports fan...the Jags, Dallas Mavs, Dallas Cowboys, Florida Gators and LA Lakers being my favorite teams
I'm also a huge UFC/Pride/MMA fan. It's OK Chuck...you'll be back!!!
I love my family and all they have done for me
I HATE bandwagon fans (Steeler and Patriot posers, I'm talking to you)
I love intelligent, non-self-absorbed people
I love imported beer (Bohemia being my newest favorite)
I love road trips...preferably to a concert
I love computers and technology and the rapid rate that they advance
I don't believe in god or any organized religion
I've played video games for as long as I can possibly remember. Since I built my first computer it has been strictly PC games. Lately I've been playing Battlefield 2142, Company of Heroes and Doom 3.
I cannot stand bullshit "prime time" TV, 24 being the exception...that show RULES!!!
I hate politicians of all kinds
I hate rednecks
I love cooking-out and partying with my friends
I love going to Jag games with my dad
Although I like my job, I hate working
I like to take pictures of the concerts I go to
I hate stupid drivers
I love SCUBA diving in crystal clear water
I hate reality shows
That's about it. Wanna know more? Just ask.

Music:

I've gone though many music phases in my life, but one thing has always remained constant....heavy fucking metal. And I'm talking about REAL metal here...not that Slipknot, Godsmack, Disturbed bullshit. It may have been pushed way to the side at times (the mid '90s come to mind), but it was always there in some shape or form. Well, now all of that has changed and it is basically all metal all the time. I used to be way into '90s punk, but that whole scene seemed to go to shit at the same time. I'll mix in something different every once and a while, but not often.
