Founded in late 2006, Static & Noise is a New York City based music house specializing in original music production, licensing and publishing. We represent writers, producers, and artists. Our goal is to find homes for songs.
We write for artists, make music for singers and performers and license music to film and television. In the past 6 months we have placed music with both major label and developing artists in New York and LA as well as cleared several tracks for licensing on feature films, television and websites.
Licensing: We are constantly on the lookout for new, fresh, radio-ready music for licensing opportunities. If you are a band or an artist with a film-friendly sound we’d like to hear from you.
Publishing: We represent a long list of successful and developing songwriters and producers in all genres of popular music. If you write beats, songs, hooks, lyrics or compose music for film we’d like to hear from you.
Production: If you’re an artist that has talent but needs the right sound we may be able to help. Please send examples of your work for consideration
Music Clearance/Supervision: If you are working on a film, TV show, website or any other form of media that requires music, we’d like to help you find the perfect music. We represent a catalogue of thousands of original songs that we have available for licensing. We can help you find the perfect track and clear it: 90% of the music we represent is one-stop and we work with all types of budgets.
