Indeed the lyrics of the punks hit the society, where it hurts. In their songs they say directly what they are thinking and they speak about the things they are pissed off. In April 2006 they recorded their first CD which is called "Nichts Kapiert" in the “Toycontrol Rec.” studios. 10 songs of totaly chaospunk were created. After some time RECOIL signed up to their current Label "LoveLikeHate Rec.". This Label books the RECOIL-gigs and sells their fucking merch-stuff. In October 2006 the second guitarist Sebbe joined the band. This made the band complete and the sound more powerful. They call their music “CHAOS-PUNKROCK”, because it`s difficult to define it. Their sound is influenced by punkrock, germanpunk and hardcorepunk - simply “CHAOS-PUNKROCK”. Since November 2005 RECOIL plays gigs in whole Germany and in the next years they also plan gigs in foreign countries...www.the-recoil.de
