I have always been a music head. Started buying vinyl at a young age even though I never had any decks. Got my legal hustle on at age 12 and did a paper round so I could buy some decent decks: Citronic PD 1's (for the anoraks!). Used to do mainly house parties and birthdays but then got a big break by getting a regular weekly set on Norf Londons finest pirate station Freek FM (blup blup) under the collective name Ghetto Fabulous. Did that for a while untill some chumps came and threatened to sue for the name (screwin!) changed the name quite a bit, now it's just A.K.A! Got another big break a few years later and landed a presenting job with my boy Reg on CBBC/BBC2 you might have seen it...... off the back of that,I was approached by a new digital black music station called BBC 1xtra (you might have heard about it) and asked to present a weekend show which of course I said yes to! Now I do Monday to Friday 6-8am only on 1xtra. I still DJ up and down the UK and on occasions around the world when I can, If your a serious promoter contact me for bookings, I'll make your party a bashment, not a crashment!
