About Me

I have lived an excellent life so far and the story only continues on from here. Road trips and travels around the USA and world are a hobby... who's ready to go? Live music at small venues, street festivals, watching movies, hanging out with friends and finding an adventure daily are just a few of the things I enjoy most. I am a "professional" photographer - my work is on the walls of a Burger King... I must be a professional right? I am shown in all the fine dining establishments...

I like to drink with friends, watch movies, play sports, go to concerts... College football (University of Alabama... Roll Tide) in the fall and tailgating with friends. Skydiving in North Carolina (I must be insane). A summer Cubs game sitting in the Wrigley bleachers with friends across the street from my apartment. Driving fast. Let's go.
Five crazy or random things about me in no particular order:
1. I have lived in Dallas, TX / Birmingham, AL / Naperville, IL / Tuscaloosa, AL / Hollywood, CA / New Orleans, LA / Chicago, IL in that order.... 2. Randomly I have been on the stages of Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show, The Price is Right (I spun the wheel), The Today Show, and at the podium in the press briefing room at The White House... all involve good mostly surreal stories. 3. I have been in two movies... get your pause button ready. 4. I booked Bob Dylan for my college Homecoming Concert and he grunted at me... in Bob Dylan speak, I think he meant "Will... you're the man" Ok, maybe not so much. 5. Last year I went to 52 Cubs games, 10 White Sox games, Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park, Camden Yards, RFK Stadium and The Baseball Hall of Fame.
I'm just getting started... help me find an adventure and let's check it off the list.

My Interests

Live music, Concerts, Baseball games in the summer, Travel, Drinking with friends, Photography, TV shows, Movies... Did I mention traveling? I love it... yet, there are SOOO many places I have yet to go. I want to see the world. A friend of mine just turned me onto this map and honestly, it bums me out. Who want's to see another country with me? Let's go... Where to first?

The Shins, Snow Patrol, Cowboy Mouth, Better Than Ezra, Pat McGee Band, Sister Hazel and any other Rock Boat band... Poi Dog Pondering, BoDeans, Dave Matthews, the Stones, Sister Hazel, Gratetful Dead, The Racountours, Flaming Lips, KT Tunstall, Travis, The August, Elvis Costello... And any of the other 500 artists on my iPod that I can't think of right now. I'll get back to you on this one...

Movies:

Office Space, Shawshank Redemption, Big Lebowski, Swingers, Old School, Life Is Beautiful, Goonies, Ferris Bueller, and many more... Just like my music taste, I LOVE movies. I could also tell you some of the worst I have seen... Blair Witch 2, Dr. T & The Women... never see these movies.The Daily Show, Sopranos, Simpsons, West Wing, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Prison Break, 24, Lost, Amazing Race... there are some guilty pleasures also... you will have to wait to hear those until we are drinking together.
