One of the most essentials black metal bands of Rio de Janeiro city, Unearthly was formed in the end of 1998, with M. Mictian on bass and Lord Thoth on vocals(ex-member).
First demo in 2000, "Blessed Are The Destroyers Of False Hope".
Second demo came one year after (2001), "Living Under The Sign Of Blasphemy". Both works had a good adoption by the scene and good reviews and they made a lot of live performances in Brazil.August of 2002 released "Infernum – Prelude To A New Reign". This album was also released in USA and Canada, through the American label Crash Music Records. It was highely scored in many brazilian metal magazines.After perform in many brazilian cities and in the most important metal brazilian festivals, UNEARTHLY start to record their second album. Released in the end of 2003, "Black Metal Commando" sounded more death metal-like, but still with typical black metal elements. They had such a good reply, that they performed live with the American death metal band Malevolent Creation,Behemoth,Hate Eternal,Iconoclasm and Sepultura in Rio de Janeiro.The current line-up is: Eregion (bass & vocals), M. Mictian(guitar)and M.Cult (drums). They intend to release a new ep called "Unmercyful Personalized Bestiality", including their remastered demos, three live songs and two unreleased songs.

PORTUGUÊS:
1998-É fundada a banda UNEARTHLY por M. Mictian (baixo ) e Lord Thoth(guitarra e vocal,ex-membro).
2000-junho é lançando o primeiro CD demo "Blessed Are The Destroyers Of False Hope com duas músicas..."
2001-agosto é lançado o segundo CD demo "Living Under The Sign Of Blasphemy "contendo desta vez três músicas.
2002-junho é lançando o tão esperado full leght "Infernum - Prelude To A New Reign ", que também foi lançado nos Estados Unidos e no Canadá através do selo norte americano Crash Music rec´s.
2003-outubro a banda entra em estúdio com o produtor Fabiano Penna (ex-Rebaellium, atual The Ordher) para a gravação do segundo CD "Black Metal Commando" lançado em dezembro de 2003
2007-setembro é lançado o cd "UNMCERCYFUL PERSONALIZED BESTIALITY". que contem os cds demos remasterizados (digitalmente) músicas ao vivo e 3 músicas inéditas,
