On vacation until Aril 01...

About Me

All around me are familiar faces
Worn out places, worn out faces
Bright and early for their daily races
Going nowhere, going nowhere
Their tears are filling up their glasses
No expression, no expression
Hide my head I want to drown my sorrow
No tomorrow, no tomorrow
And I find it kind of funny
I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which I'm dying
Are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you
I find it hard to take
When people run in circles
It's a very, very
Mad World
Mad world
Children waiting for the day they feel good
Happy Birthday, Happy Birthday
And I feel the way that every child should
Sit and listen, sit and listen
Went to school and I was very nervous
No one knew me, no one knew me
Hello teacher tell me what's my lesson
Look right through me, look right through me
And I find it kind of funny
I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which I'm dying
Are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you
I find it hard to take
When people run in circles
It's a very, very
Mad World
Mad World
Mad World
Back when I was your age, we had to walk uphill through snow 10 miles to get to school. They would only teach us one letter of the alphabet because it took so long to hike there through the snow. Then after school, my brother and I would walk another 10 miles through the snow to work in a sweat shop for 14 hours and we only got paid 4 cents per week. And we were grateful!
Oh, wait, that was my Dad's rant, sorry.
PC's weren't even invented until I was middle aged. Most of you probably had Pentium laptops as stocking stuffers!
My first PC was a "State of the Art" 286 and came with a whopping 2MB of RAM and a COLLOSAL 20 MB hard drive!!!!

My Interests

Cinematography, Fashion, Fine Art, Music, Photography...

I'd like to meet:

All of my top friends someday for dinner at Le Jules Verne.

I dee-jayed for a few years and accumulated a fairly decent collection of music from 1960's acid rock to 2006 whatever... I'm still collecting, but have slowed down lately.
Now, instead of music, I buy DVD'S of cinema.
But, I still have my 1,200 CD's and Altec A7's with a 1200 watt CARVER amplifier. Rock on!
If you really like good music, come back when you have the time, and let my Project Playlist music player go all the way thru... especially with headphones!!! I let it play in the background as I pay bills, surf the net, and clean the house, feed the birds, dogs, water the plants, and light incense sticks! Good meditation music, up to a point, then it gets high energy... but I like it! :-)

There are places I remember all my life,
Though some have changed,
Some forever, not for better,
Some have gone and some remain.
All these places had their moments
With lovers and friends I still can recall.
Some are dead and some are living.
In my life I've loved them all.
But of all these friends and lovers,
There is no one compares with you,
And these memories lose their meaning
When I think of love as something new.
Though I know I'll never lose affection
For people and things that went before,
I know I'll often stop and think about them,
In my life I'll love you more.
Though I know I'll never lose affection
For people and things that went before,
I know I'll often stop and think about them,
In my life I'll love you more.
In my life I'll love you more.
