MY DRUMMING BIO:
When I was about 4 or 5 years old, my parents gave me a small toy drum set that I played until I destroyed it! From that moment on I dreamed of playing the drums professionally. From 1994 to 1996, I studied the fundamentals of drumming with Piero Baldissarotto. In that period, my first band was born. When I was 13 years old, I began to play with two different cover bands simultaneously (Pink Floyd, Scorpion, Italian rock/pop). It was then that I began to perform in concerts. A couple of years later, I broke my arm, and ceased playing for 1 year. When I was 15, I decided to study the drums more seriously, and met one of my most influential teachers, Gianni Bertoncini. He was an amazing teacher, but he was also an amazing person. I studied with him for 4 years. During this time, I played with too many bands to mention them all. I want to mention only two.In May of 1999, we formed a band called Highway 61. We played all original music with a rock and blues influence. Within a few weeks of joining this band, I began to work with a band called Dharma (Dream Theater, Metallica, and original songs). I played with these bands for 1 year, and they each broke up within the same few weeks. Several members of the band Highway 61 re-assembled to form the band Absynto. I played with this band for 5 years and produced 2 albums (Opale Caustico in 2001 and 20/03/2003 in 2004). We played in many different clubs and performed at many concerts around northern Italy, in which we often opened for famous Italian artists. During these 5 years, the band Filtro was formed. Initially we were a cover band (Rage Against the Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Alice and Chains, etc.). Later we began to produce original tunes with a jungle influence. In July of 2003, I substituted as the drummer for the female singer Dolcenera (winner of Sanremo Festival 2003), for playback for VideoItalia.In 2001 I enrolled at CPM (Centro Professione Musica di Milano) and this is where I met another incredible teacher, Roberto Gualdi. I studied with Gualdi for 2 years, and completed my last year with Walter Calloni (Area, PFM, considered one of the best teachers in Italy). I was the only drummer to graduate in the academic year of 2003/2004! The following year I studied alone, and I occasionally took private lessons from Roberto Gualdi. In September of 2004, I began my collaboration with a band called Celebration. We were a cover band made up of 10 musicians, and played 70's Funk and Dance.In the beginning of 2005, I decide to move from Italy to the United States, in my pursuit to study and improve my abilities as a drummer. In October of 2005, I began to frequent P.I.T. (Percussion Institute of Technology) at the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles. I studied at the institute for 9 months, and in March of 2006, I began my collaboration with the band VINTAGE (rock/pop). I was forced to put my studying on hold for our summer tour and for the recording of the bands first album with the talented producer Rob Chiarelli (Will Smith, Madonna, Aguilera, Ricky Martin, etc). In february 2007 I enjoyed in THE MERCY KISS project. In march '07 I start to work for 3.6 Music like studio drummer recording for different artists and working with different producers. In april '07 I went in national tour again with Vintage, but in july '07 the band broke up. In August '07 I enjoyed in the project KINGSLEY.I want to say thank you to my family for always supporting me in my choices, and for always staying close to me! And a special thanks to all the people who know me, and believe in me!!!

I'm italian guy...I 'm a drummer!!!but my great hobby is cook!!!italian food!!!so,if you want meet me,remember that with me you eat good stuff!!!I think that I'm funny boy...I try it!!!!I m the drummer in two bands: KINGSLEY and THE MERCY KISS...so I ll wait everybody to our Shows(if not i kick your ass :-))...what I can say more?mhhh I spend almost all my life to play drum,and drum,and drum(She s my baby,I love her soooo much and she s faithful to me)not as my ex-girlfriend ahahahah :) anyway...I love partys,club,concert,eat good,and hang out with energetic people so we ve always fun!!!!I hate routine,because I like always new stuff...i can t drink to much caffeine if not my body fucked up(I don t need of caffeine because I m pretty energetic)...when I drink I became really funny and a bit crazy(I begin to talk with everybody with my great english)...I spoke english by 1 year and an half so i m really sure that is a bit shitty but i can understand and speak,because my friends here teach me a lot of bad words,like...fuck,cock,doushbag,asshole,shit,son of a bitch(check out my video down)..anyway I think that I don t need to teach that to people but i can teach a bit about italian food,I love cook for friends and look them start to cry cuz is so delicius(just kidding)..anyway..my door is open for everybody that want meet me,eat nice dinner,and drink nice wine(I like everything,but the best way is wine)...so take it easy and see you soon nadir
