129 Street Produktionz was started in 2004 by winnipeg's local rapper and producer for Moonshine Kru, K-Rup$oN. Smokie and the Moonshine kru had been phams since the beggining of the Moonshine movement which started
in 2001, and over the years they have both been working very hard on
perfecting their craft of hiphop.
After many years of vibing together they joined as a team and have been on a serious grind since then.129 have worked with countless local and international artist's.In 2007 they did mixtape work ny rapper maino,some work with rawkus record's,and with black hand entertainment,also well known battle rapper hommy hom who was featured in the source unsigned hype, and many more.A couple major label placements in the works for 2008 so be on the look out for 129 to be coming through speakerz everywhere!!!
