...In the beginning there was the rubber room.
Known to all as the center of the rock universe. Nestled comfortably in a corner of Vancouver, it was deemed too great a threat by the evil powers, and was disbanded. The future seemed bleak for awhile, there was no home for rock denizens, parents could sleep comfortably at night.
However from the smoldering rubble of the rubber room, arose a new plan, a new way, a new home for the tortured souls of rock. Together with some help and good friends, our two heroes: Chad and Art managed to erect a new temple, and the Charts Music empire began.
Now Charts is a home for a larger following.....
Disciplines like jazz, blues, Latin, and hip-hop have found refuge here.
The facility is located not too far from the original, now in Burnaby. Newly furnished we now have 2rooms suitablefor a 3 or 4 piece band, 4 larger rooms (13x20) suitable for bands with up to 7 members, and finally 1 large deluxe room (25x20) that can accomodate any band other than the VSO! Equipment has and continues to be top notch, with a prime selection of guitar and bass amps, speaker cabinets, and drum gear including cymbals provided by Sabian.
Charts is now the center of the music universe. You may not want to believe it, but trust me its true.
