I was born in 1976,in Belgrade,Serbia.I’m finished “Academy of applied art”,department of sculpture. Ever since my early childhood I have been a big admirer of horror and sci-fi films.That inspired me, in collaboration with Jaksha Vlahovich,to form a film group called “Mladi kadrovi”in 1997.That gave me opportunity to demonstrate my love towards special make-up effects. The low budget shorts made by our group participated in a number of domestic low budget film festivals and reviews (“Yugoslav festival of inexpensive films” held in Subotica, “Low-Fi” film review in Belgrade…). Besides creating special make up effects for“Young cuts” I contributed to a number of different projects including numerous student shorts and few feature-length films like “TT Syndrome”,"Tailor's secret","Vinopiri" (Slovenia),"Life and death of porn gangs","Saint George kill the Dragon","Never sorry"(Tv puppet show)....See more on my webpage http://www.lakobrija.com/
