About Me
How did i get into this?
i can still remember the day, when JQ gave me a double LP promo copy of the first T.I.P. compilation.
A fantastic mind bending album of seminal goa trance (as it was back then). it really did change everything...
Amazed by the wonderful sounds and the wobbly groove, i was hooked. I soaked up the sounds of T.I.P., Dragonfly Records,
Flying Rhino, Blue Room, Twisted, Matsuri and Phantasm, bringing tracks from Hallucinogen, The Inifinity Project, Astral Projection, Eat Static, Total Eclipse, Juno Reactor and MWNN
amongst others. Along with Cheryl, I was djing as Technomedics (as we still do) and converted to this new uplifting psychedelic sound.
Since then, its been psy all the way.
Fatmoon Psychedelic Playgrounds
(http://www.fatmoon.co.uk)
Spawned out of house parties that became too big for the house, myself, Cheryl & Serena started Fatmoon back in March 2004.
Fatmoon is held bimonthly in Sheffield with both indoor and outdoor parties depending on the time of year.
Each party has 2 rooms/areas - the main is fully psy, the antidote features a variety of breaks, house, breakbeat and dub or another words all things funky.
We are also very honoured to put on a Fatmoon stage at Shamania festival. A fantastic event that we love being a part of.
We aim to create fun and playful parties with UVilicious themed decor.
We work closely with our very good friend James from IND st, who has an awesome rig that we just love playing psy through.

Technomedics
With Cheryl, I've been DJing as Technomedics for many years now.
We mainly play full power uplifting psy or darkish full-on psy but also play progressive and chilled bass grooves (with a psy twist).
We've been fortunate to have played for many promoters over the years including, in no particular order,
Messmedia (Shropshire, Wales & France), Kulu (Bradford), Baraka (Oxford), Strange Daze (Manchester & Hull), Planet Zogg (Sheffield),
Soma Sonic (Liverpool), Shamania Festival 2006 (Clitheroe), Shefstock Festival 2006 (Sheffield), Astral Helix (Newcastle), IND St (Sheffield), D3E (Liverpool), SuN (Adelaide), Glozone (Adelaide), Astral Lotus (Adelaide), Trauma Trance (Newcastle), PMC (Preston), Thimbleberry Festival (Durham),
Megadog Sound System (Manchester), Fuzzy Logic (Manchester), GASH (Bolton), Karma (Sheffield), NTA (Sheffield), Noggins (Sheffield),
Hardlife (Bradford), Sound Receptors (Cardiff), Dreaded Faeries (Carlisle), Alien Resonance (Liverpool), Zoltan Stage at Wickerman Festival (Scotland), UltraViolet (Liverpool), Shamania Festival 2007 (Pendle), Astral Helix (Newcastle) and Magic Psycle (Swansea).
Skyhighatrist
Although I've tinkered with synths for a number of years, the Skyhighatrist has only been out and about since 2005. The Skyhighatrist sound consists of funky basslines, twisted acidic leads and luscious pads, aiming to launch listeners in to the stratosphere and trip them out. Pure psychedelic madness.
I've played at Shamania Festival (Pendle), Kulu (Bradford), Messmedia (Shropshire), Strangedaze (Manchester), Soma Sonic (Liverpool), D3E (Liverpool), Fatmoon (Sheffield), Dreaded Faeries (Carlisle) and Astral Helix (Newcastle). Check out the blogs for gig info.
I'm constantly making new tracks, so look back here from time to time, as i'll be posting them up here.
I love collaborations and communications with likeminded producers. If you're interested, just drop me a line....
