Hi and welcome to myspace. For those of you that
don't know, I've been on the air playing Good Time Rock n' Roll at WSEN since
1991. You can hear me 5:00 am to 10:00 am weekdays. It's been a
great ride and along the way, I've had the pleasure to interview and work with a
lot of great and famous people. I have a band, the
Gary Dunes Band ,
formally Dunes & The Del-Tunes that performs a
ton of concert dates throughout the year. During the baseball season, you
can catch me on occasion at Alliance Bank Stadium at the
Chiefs games
(Syracuse's Triple A baseball team) where I work as the on-field
host and MC between innings. In my spare time I enjoy SU sporting events,
Crunch Hockey games, cruising around Central New York with my girlfriend Krista in my
1954 Chevy Bel Air, patronizing local establishments and checking out some of
the other great local bands. I was born and raised in Syracuse and I love
Central New York...I think it's a great area. As you may guess I do keep pretty
busy, however I still love to hear from all my friends and listeners on myspace
along with making new ones. Please feel free to email me anytime with your
comments or just to say Hi and I promise I will try to reply to each and every
email in a timely fashion.
