About Me
A few years ago, the god Bobert was in a hibernation as he was taking his turn seated amongst the elder gods. During this period, his body was paid a visit by the goddess Namaah. For years she had watched Bobert's progress from a mere wolf pup, to a man, and then to a god. For as long as she had known Bobert, there was something about him that she could not stay away from, and when he was with the elders, she snuck into his temple and had her way with him, making sure to impregnate herself with his seed. She then left, no one the wiser, and hid away at the House of Roses, raising the child in secret with a woman named Kittia, they called the boy, Sage. Soon enough it was clear that the origin of the child had been found out by the outside world, and some wished to kill the child, and so Namaah sent the child with Kittia, for only on the move with one of Namaah's best assassins, would Sage be allowed to live. The problem was that Sage was born of two gods, and because of it, he was given all the knowledge in the universe, but before Sage was sent off, Namaah blocked out the knowledge of good and bad, wishing the child to figure out whom he was on his own. With that, Namaah never saw her little boy again, Kittia and Sage traveled through the forest, and he was raised to be as carefree as a child could be. He grew up thinking that Kittia was his mother, and for years they made their way through the forest. Eventually Kittia overheard that the god Bobert had come back, and at that point she knew what she must do. She cut a path through the forest, Sage following behind, and soon they made their way to Crystal Lake, where Kittia introduced herself and Sage to Bobert. At first sight, Bobert could tell it was his son, but the shocker came when he found out whom the mother was. Once Kittia told Bobert all he needed to know, she ran off into the forest, leaving Sage with Bobert. As a father, Bobert wished Sage to get the best education possible, so he paired the young boy off with a young Kitsune who was experienced in the mystical arts. They traveled to Dragon's Peak Palace to begin his training, much to Bobert's chagrin, for his best friend, the priest Roy, had foreseen Sage's future, and it was one of darkness and death, which would most assuredly come to fruition in the palace of his brother, the dark god Nosferatu. While there, Hanna began helping Sage learn the mystical arts, but soon she was struck with pain, her sister was hurt, and it caused her eyes to turn white. She ended up scaring Sage and unlocking the evil that lurked in his brain, causing all the evil of the world to be unleashed upon the young boy. He ended up chasing Hanna around with the sword his uncle had given him, and soon enough, she went back to Crystal Lake, and Nosferatu took over his training. Sage learned his true powers as he mutated into the largest dragon ever known to man. Nos then decided to take Sage down to a village and destroy it, allowing the boy to taste blood for the first time, and letting him take his first life. Soon after, Sage became reclusive and now spends his hours creating a terracotta army below Dragon's Peak Palace in a place that only he knows of, filling the vessels with the innocent souls of children, knowing that the heroes of the land will find it harder to kill them then it would be the empty vessels, or vessels with adult souls in them. He plans on releasing them on the world and allowing everyone to think it was his uncle who did it, getting everyone against his uncle, and making his own rise to power that much easier. As Sage wished, his father and brothers turned on his uncle, and caused several battles. Priest Roy, Bobert's long time found out that it was Sage that had done all the evil and went to confront him. In the confrontation, the paladin fought against Sage, only to soon die by the young gods hands. Bobert felt his friends life force leave this plane of existence and went to his rescue, finding Sage standing over the dead body. Bobert then confronted Sage, not wishing to fight him, just to talk him back into the side of good. Sage would not listen, and knew to achieve ultimate evil he would have to kill the god of ultimate good... his own father... Sage shot his hand forward and reached into Bobert's chest, ripping out his heart. Just then, Jutak, Kamal, and Nosferatu showed up, Sage still standing there with the beating heart in his hand. One thing Sage was not aware of was that Kamal and Jutak were half gods, and that when Bobert died, be bequeathed his powers to them, making them both full gods. Then a battle that made the earth stand still ensued, Sage the ultimate god born of gods, against three other gods. The battle lasted days, until finally the three were successful in beating him down. Sage laid on the ground, looking up at the three gods. Luckily Kamal had trapped Bobert's energy in a crystal, and they knew that if they put it into Sage, he would be controllable. They pressed the energy into Sage, and from that moment on he was the god of Love and Hate. During the day he was a very nice man, loving, caring, but at night he had to be chained down by a chain the three gods made, for if he were not, he would destroy the world. For 7 years he was stuck in Crystal Lake, made to take care of the land, with only the ocassional person stopping by. Then he found Bade Faolan, who came to him with a problem, and Sage gave him the solution, but for the remedy, he would have to work for Sage. Three years passed, and another came to Sage, a young boy named Ran Rose. A man whom Sage named the Crimson Shield, a loyal assassin. Now Sage roams around the land, chains draped over his shoulders, for every night he still needs to be chained down.
