About Me

The premier of Talea Bella declares that the invasion of computerized vocals will never replace genuine talent. Her raspy, hip-hop/rock flavor blends lyrical genius with urban funk. She is determined to make her mark as a talented lyricist, writer, and performer. Talea was born in Wilmington Delaware the youngest of three girls. Beginning in elementary school Talea Bella was writing, arranging, and performing. She even held auditions and started her own band, singing in front of her peers in random classrooms before dismissal everyday. As a young girl she wowed the audiences of local talent shows with such renditions of "Tomorrow" from the hit production of Annie and “Home” from The Wizard of Oz. These performances were the start of her endless pursuit to be an entertainer. Inspired by such artists as Billie Holiday, Prince, Madonna, and Sade. Over the years Bella has grown into an artist with a vast array of performing experience including playing the viola in the All State Orchestra, and regular solo performances in her high school choir. She added her talents in dance leading the Pom Pom band front squad in her high school marching band and as the co-captain/choreographer of the Delaware State University dance team. Talea's philosophy is that everyone is born into greatness. But unfortunately most of us never manifest our potential due to the growing lack of commitment to excellence, and perseverance. She has spent her life developing her craft and waiting patiently for her chance to fulfill her dream of sharing her gifts with the world. The inspiration of future success and the daily struggles of life are what drives Talea to remain connected to her foundation of family and faith. Talea Bella's powerhouse vocals and explosive creativity has dubbed her The Rock/Hip-Hop Chameleon. Talea Bella explodes on the scene with a hot and funky vibe you never saw coming.
