I started mixing at about the age of 15 when I bought my first pair of decks. Since then I've been well into a wide range of sounds and beats. My biggest musical interest at that time was Drum and Bass. I was taking in every style developing in the scene and was loving it. At the same time I was also tryin to keep track of the underground hip hop scene growing in the UK. My interests developed but there was no where really playing this music on a regular basis. It was 'Boy In Da Corner' that pushed what I felt further and this, I guess you could say 'grimey' edge took control of my direction. Ever since listening to that album I have kept a closer ear to what has been happening in the scene and how it's developing. I did my own thing for a bit and tried to push the "underground" scene further in my local area, opening kid's eyes a bit to what is going on in the scene by holding a couple of nights/parties, "Dub Therapy", where myself and other DJ's mixed wide range of 'urban' music - Hip Hop, R&B, UKG (inc. Grime if you want to call it that), Dancehall, Dubstep and Drum and Bass. Also giving talented youths a chance to perform on the mic.. shout to Danny Who, All Mouth Crew, P-Man, Xtra Dee. My main musical interests right now are Grime and Dubstep and it would be mad to be given the opportunity to push this further and play out the music I got a passion for on higher levels.
