N'fally kabo

N'fally kabo is one of the last Bainunk Master of Drums called Seourubas of Senegal . the Bainunks are the people that migrate from Egipt land more than 500 years ago to many aeras in Afrika (Gambia,Mali, Senegal,Guinnee)In his history N'fally play the bass drum with the big master Daoda Sane for the party of the idependence of Senegal in the year 1960. Leopold Senghor the first presindent bring them from Ziguinchor to Dakar to celebrate with spirit of freedon the big party. After the weekend playing in Dakar (april 1960) Nfally and Daoda sane became a icone for young and old drummers of Senegal .Today the National Ballet of Senegal play lendien and others paterns created by them.Nfally is a Bainunk one of the Ancestral ethnical groupe of Senegal (actually there just a few of then around Ziguinchor and Guinne bissau). In his life as a drummer and master of cerimonies Nfally plays some time all the month in somewhere in the jungle or for a marriage or a cerimomy of death.In 1970 Nfally travel to play in Gabon and central africa ,he was touring three months making good friendship with the aka pigmeans .he say that was a great thing in hes life to meet them and to enjoy their music .Today there Samba kabo Koulaty Kabo and Madia Kabo the three sons of him that dedicated their life to the drums and the music keeping the ancient information and passing to the new players of the region of Ziguinchor (south senegal) .The Seourubas are three drums played with one stick coutirin ba (bass drum) courtirin ding (small drum) and dilan djam or tam tam djam (gambia) as a solo drum .Nfally Kabo was playing and teaching the ritmics with Ibrahima Ndao Cisse and Citafa around Ziguinchor Gambia Guinne Bissau.this bio gonna continue ......
