I LOVE music, movies, art, design, photography and travel. And I love Jesus too (LOTS). I love my parents and my three brothers. I love Traci Leger. I love my friends that tolerate me. I love people that are passionate about anything (even if it's something I disagree with). I love Seinfeld and The Office. I love Amelie, Eternal Sunshine and Lord of the Rings. I love Dave Grohl, Billy Corgan, Sarah McLachlan, Ben Gibbard, MWS, Ray Charles, Bono and Sting. I love C.S. Lewis, 1 Corinthians, Richard Foster, Psalms and Brennan Manning. I love Lance Armstrong and Michael Jordan. I love Monet, Renoir and Van Gogh. I love Will Ferrell, Jim Gaffigan and Dane Cook. I love ice cream and I love wine, just not at the same time (Sushi is also quite fine). I love to freestyle rhyme, to challenge people's minds, to walk the fine line, fightin crime, regardless of the time, chasing the divine signs that my Maker designed. I love the mixed smell of cigars, beer and BBQ with a marching band in the background. I love people and their differences. I love seeing God's beauty in nature. I love doing nothing for a day. I love being stretched, being creative and being out of the box.
My love for music started as young as I can remember. Two of the tracks are a farewell of sorts as I'll be leaving the country long term (read why below). The other two songs are from my first album, Perfect Melody. All songs were produced by Steve Wilson (The Juliana Theory, The Class of 98, etc). In the last few months I have quit my job, sold basically everything I owned and am leaving on an 18 month trip around the world (spanning 6 continents) to raise awareness of issues around the globe and to impact those in need. For those that want to follow us on our journey, we'll be documenting everything we do (which could be anything from digging a well in rural Africa, to treating a couple to a nice meal in Italy, buying a school uniform for a child in India, etc, etc) on the site travelingguys.com
