MICHAEL XAVIER
A native of Lewiston, Idaho, Michael Xavier has been working as an entrepreneur in Los Angeles for more than seventeen years. Humble beginnings working security in the trendy New York nightclub scene – coupled with a combination of hard work, risk and determination – quickly led to a move to the west coast. In Los Angeles, Xavier joined Johnny Depp in opening and developing the legendary Viper Room, which kick-started a new era of nightclubs in Hollywood. Through innovative promotions, marketing, public relations and special events, Xavier has helped create cultural hot spots at the top clubs in Hollywood, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. A generous businessman, Xavier credits his success with the relationships he has cultivated throughout the years -- not the venues nor the city, nor his talents. It is through those relationships that he recently took his career in a new direction – partnering with Jane Owen to form Owen/Xavier PR, a new public relations firm that has gained a reputation for its originality and strong work ethic – an environment that leads Xavier back to his beginning… hard work, risk and a lot of determination.

JANE OWEN
Jane Morton Owen was born in 1981, in New York City to Catherine Irene Anna Adrianopoulos and Maxwell Evarts Perkins Owen. (two people with extremely long names!)
Jane was born three months too soon and at one pound eleven ounces was decreed to be too small to survive. She did survive against the odds, and has kept that determination and blind enthusiasm throughout her life.
Jane studied at Campion International High School in Athens, Greece during which time she received awards such as the Young Voices of Europe Award, The WHSmith Commendation, The Campion Student of the Year Award and The Harvard Model Congress Award (at which point she also received a scholarship to Harvard, which she turned down......so she's really not so bright after all!)
Jane went on to receive a BA from Brunel University in London, England where she acted as Editor for the University newspaper. She was hired straight after graduation to run the Independant Record Label, FULL ON Records. Jane then went on to work as assistant to the Head of Public Relations at Van Cleef & Arpels Ltd at which time she also began producing and presenting her own TV show on SKY BSB.
Jane moved to Los Angeles in October 2004 and fell once more in the PR world. After several months of freelance PR work Jane started Practically Perfect PR in August 2005.
Jane has been extremely lucky her whole life and this was exemplified when she met Michael Xavier in July 2006. Jane is eagerly awaiting the formation of Owen Xavier PR.
