I'm Per-Helge, born in 1963 and living outside the capital of Norway, Oslo, in a lovely place called Nesodden.
I've been living there for six years now, before that I lived 19 years in Oslo, and before that 17 years in Narvik in northern Norway, where I was born.
I have three kids, 7, 10 and 11 years old, but I'm not living together with their mother anymore. The first couple of years the kids where living 95% with me, the last six months they have been more at their mother, so I'll guess that the percentage is down to about 70% at my place now.
I probably have an abnormal interest for music... :-) I'm not playing any instruments myself, I'm leaving that to those who is really good at it...
Once a week, on tuesday evenings, I have a radio show on a local radio station playing progressive rock for two hours. It's also on the internet at mms://85.196.81.114/Nesodden (not as podcast) just turn in at 22.30 (10.30 pm) norwegian time... I'm publishing my playlists as blogs above.
My musical hero is probably Ronnie James Dio. For several years I had a fan site on the internet about him, but had to close it down because of other commitments. As a close second comes the canadian group Saga. Then it probably have to be The Beatles!

I'm also very interested in sports, watching of course... and I'm chairman of the norwegian supporters club of the english non-league football (soccer) team Billericay Town FC. Of course I have a website for them...
I love London and goes over there to watch a football game 1-2 times a season. Then it's biathlon, skijumping, cross-country skiing and ice hockey which I like most. And yes, I also have some "normal" favorite teams as V�lerenga in Norway, Parma in Italy and Queens Park Rangers in England. :-)
