Trevor Gillis AKA Trevor G is an independent artist working out of the city of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. He has already created and strong buzz for himself in Central Michigan by being involved in 6 different projects including, A FIENDS DREAM VOL. 1, THE IJM MIXTAPE, SCRIPTURES FROM THE UNDERGROUND, MINDS ON OUR MONEY, REAL MONEY- a fiends dream vol. 2, and most recently, THE TRUTH HURTS -“the trevor gillis story.” Trevor G has worked with several artist and producers ranging from L.A. to DETROIT. Artist and producers include, but are not limited to, ROC DA PROPHET, BOBBY DRAKE, SEAN2 PRODUCTIONS, MOODY, and J WOO. Each of these producers and artist have notice in there respectfull regions, and also influenced Trevor G’s style. But Trevor will be the first to tell you that he is his own person, and his surroundings have molded him into the man and artist that he is today. After losing his father at a very young age Trevor was forced to live the fatherless life known to many. Although the tragic accident changed Trevor’s life dramatically he did not let it discouraged him, rather the situation motivated him to become a person thankfull for life... During his childhood Trevor remembers finding drug selling a very typical means of getting money. On the other side of things he was big into sports especially his first love baseball. Trevor will never forget the love and support he recieved from his granparents and other close relatives. Trevor would grow up having two separate personnas. One was focused on education and sports while the other was focused on simply making money. One side of him was the fun-loving family man and the other was a kid with a dream to be rich. These two sides of Trevor has helped shape him into one of the most versatile artist in his area. At age 22, Trevor G is happily married and has 2 beautifull children. Isaiah his son and his daughter maiyah. He finds himself now competing against time like never before, and is ready to make a large impact in the rap world. “I feel like I’ve shown that I can make radio hits, I can also come so real with it.
