I also do alot of general training, like lifting some heavy stuff and try to run.Summer is my time, then i go mountainbiking, kjaking, play soccer, beachvolley, skateboarding, swimming, diving, WAKEBOARDING. And also som ring the doorbell and run the h... out of there.. haha..
