First of all I should say I am not a member of
The Indians, I have done this website with the
permission of Angelique Bianca as a tribute to
the album and to the artists.
The Indians,
A three-piece band consisting of
English bassist Chris Wilson, Italian guitarist Zeb,
and 26 year-old singer/songwriter Angelique Bianca

in Indianism. - 1993 Polygram
Singer Angelique Bianca, who has also lived in Haiti,

Here is an updated bio on singer, song writter
producer, musician, and DJ of Angelique Bianca

DJ ANGELIQUE AKA AngeLFreQ
Angelique's musical journey began at an early age.
The club scene in Los Angeles was the backdrop of
her musical journey. Producer, singer, songwriter,
musician, DJ, Angelique's experience spinning spans
for more then 20 years.
Her first full length CD with her band The Indians
featured songs in the hit film Reality Bites, and the
title track for the movie Kalifornia featuring Brad Pitt.
But when her last CD titled "Present" (solo project),
failed to be re-released when the label went bankrupt
she went back to her DJ roots.
(The CD was initially put into the Virgin Mega Store
listening towers and sold out of all 1500 copies.
Because the label was in trouble they were going to
repackage and re-release it with a new distributor.
Which never happened!! Radio had also agreed to
start to support the album!)
She was then asked to be the resident DJ and
music director for Baby's at the HardRock Hotel
and Casino
in Las Vegas. A smashing success,
she was then tempted away to Club Ra @Luxor.
After a year in Vegas, traveling back and forth, it was
time to go back to Los Angeles.
Spinning at the uber-clubs of Las Vegas, to NYC hot
spots, Extreme Sporting Events, World Cup Surfing,
private parties for Vogue, GQ, Armani, etc…and
many celebrities, helped her gain notoriety for
versatility. The LA Times featured her as one of the
top female DJ’s
The year before she landed in Ibiza, she spun for
various residencies around Los Angeles. Giant,
Avalon, Standard Downtown),
Hollywood and
New York (Filter 14 and The Park) The private and
prestigious Buffalo Club, Club Joya, and her own
night at the Bar Marmont, dubbed the Beat Boutique.
2005 Angelique moved to IBIZA. Her first
summer saw her as the resident and music
director of the infamous Dirty Diamonds parties.
She also was resident at Base Bar, Lo Cura, and
Es Vive.
She also played with many other island
residents, from Arian 911, Sarah Main, Jo Mills,
Andy Baxter, Bruno from Ibiza and many more.
She played at the new uber club on the island,
Penelopes and was flown to Dubai in March to
play at Zinc. (Ministry of Sound/Kinky Malinki)
Featured in OK Magazine.(March 2006)
This summer started with a two week stint at
Pacha, the opening of Savannah´s, Café Mambo,
and a private party for the launch of Ibiza Style
Magazine.
In June 2006, she played in Germany
with Martini Brothers and Moguai at Home 14.
(Under her electronic moniker AnGelFreQ.) She was
on the cover of June 2006, Smag Magazine, with
Smoking Jo and Skin.
Not wanting to be pigeon holed for one particular
style, don't be surprised if you find her spinning
house, as DJ Angelique or strictly
electronic/deep/techno as AnGelFreQ.
Summer 2006, Angelique headlined every Monday
night at El Divino, (Playboytv Sexy and Fetish Night)
and played sunset every Sunday at the incredible
new Sunset Ashram in Cala Conta, throwing parties
for Putumayo world music label.
She is also in production on her new CD, and has
several releases slated for release this summer.
She also wrote, sang and produced three tracks on
the new DVD “Architecture and Traditions”, from Made
in Ibiza coming out summer 2006.
