Founded by the Los Angeles based production team: Dave Jerden and Bryan Carlstrom, Tranzformer Studios is the culmination of over 25 years of knowledge and experience in making hit records. The studio has a gigantic selection of killer gear. It is located in Burbank CA, the heart of the LA music scene. Our goal is to emulate the legendary label: Motown, nicknamed "HitsVille", in its versatility and use of professionals to create hit records.
Bryan Carlstrom's recording career has encompassed almost every genre of music, recording some of music's biggest rock and alternative bands. Multi-platinum albums bear his signature sound such as Alice in Chains "Dirt", The Offsprings "Americana" and "Ixnay on the Hombre".Credits include: Alice in Chains, Rob Zombie, The Offspring, Social Distortion, Poe, PIL, Filter, Stabbing Westward, 4 Non-Blondes, Orange 9mm, Project 86. He has worked with Brian Eno, Andy Gill (Gang of Four), Frank Zappa, and The Talking Heads.
